When I’m not unlocking new doors in real estate, you can find me at my kids’ sporting events, playing volleyball, cheering on my favorite football teams, or immersed in a home or art project. I’ve been described as being "optimistically perseverant," and as a Cleveland Browns & Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan, you can take that to the bank! I'm loyal, competitive, and always ready to stand in the gap for my people!

After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science of Journalism, I enjoyed time in sports broadcasting, teaching, & coaching volleyball before finding my passion for Real Estate. I became a licensed Realtor in 2015 and started our team, Kaple & Co., in 2019.

Hi, I’m Allie! The marathon-running Realtor, dessert enthusiast, and ULTIMATE planner!

I recently completed my own custom home build in Plain City where I reside with my husband, our daughter, and our sweet golden retriever Lele. Before diving into real estate I graduated from Wittenberg University (#tigerup) and I spent a few years in the marketing world working for Gordon Food Service. After that, I had an opportunity to take on a role with a small custom cabinetry business where I was able to help clients design and create their dream kitchens.

It is the experience from those two roles that led me to take my love for marketing, design, project management, and exceptional customer service and apply them to real estate. I’ve been in real estate for over five years now and I have had the privilege of helping countless clients in this timeframe buy, sell and build in the Central, OH area.

Ashley here! I’m the nature-loving sports mom, community servant, and local real estate expert!

I place a huge emphasis on family and relationships. I have been blessed with 3 amazing boys and their incredible little sister, and we stay busy in church, travel baseball, soccer club, dance and gymnastics! We have a deep appreciation for the outdoors and love spending time going hiking, boating, and camping. I appreciate the opportunity to travel and explore new places together with my friends and family! 

I have a deep passion for my community. I’m actively involved in my church and events at my children's schools, as well as other charity and local activities. I believe that supporting community growth also fosters a meaningful connection among like-minded individuals, allowing relationships to deepen and ideas to bloom.
