Named by an Irish traveler over 200 years ago, this popular Northwest suburb has retained the pride in its heritage. Enjoy all things Irish from the annual Dublin Irish Festival every August, to the city’s high school mascots: the Shamrocks, the Celtic Warriors, and of course, the Irish! Dublin has beautifully married its historic downtown area with its thriving and modern mixed-use development, Bridge Park, by way of the impressive Dublin Link Pedestrian Bridge. Bridge Park boasts a plethora of restaurants, high-end condos, and a hotel and event center with a rooftop lounge. Dublin is also home to The Memorial Tournament, founded by Jack Nicklaus and played on the course at Muirfield Village Golf Club, which was designed by Nicklaus, himself.
