Lewis Center
Located just north of the 270 loop between US-23 and I-71, Lewis Center is youngest of the established north side suburbs. The area has seen tremendous growth since the early 2000s, and could be considered like a Gen Z cousin to its more-established and seasoned neighbors; Westerville, Powell, and Worthington. Anchored by Polaris Fashion Place and retail giants Costco & Ikea, Lewis Center has tons of restaurants and retail, as well as entertainment like Top Golf! If you prefer outdoor fun, you will love boating and fishing on Alum Creek Lake, or getting in your steps during a sunset walk of the Alum Creek Dam. Even your fur babies have a special place here, as the dog park includes a dog beach for swim time! The latest and greatest development in Lewis Center is Evans Farm, a village in itself featuring dining, entertainment, and high-end new construction homes. All this, and the annually high-scoring Olentangy School District make Lewis Center a desirable place to live.
